"At Bololo Lodge"
Reservation
All reservations must be confirmed in writing (email or message) and accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
The deposit must be paid within 72 hours of confirmation, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled.
For last-minute bookings, the deposit must be paid immediately according to the chosen payment method.
Weekends can only be booked for a minimum of two nights.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Cancelation
Any cancellation must be reported at least 7 days before the arrival date.
If this deadline is met, the deposit can be transferred to another reservation, subject to availability.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days in advance, we may consider postponing to another date, subject to availability.
No refund will be given in case of early departure or no-show.
Reservation modification
All requests for modifications must be made in writing. They will be accepted subject to availability.

Prices
Family bungalow (up to 4 people):
- 12,500 CFP / night for 2 people
- 1,500 CFP / additional person
Bungalow for two (2 people):
- 10,000 CFP / night
Special discount
For any booking of 6 nights minimum, benefit from a 10% discount on the total stay.
Animals
Dogs are only allowed under supervision, as the grounds are not fenced. Please ensure their behavior and safety.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. They remain under the responsibility of the accompanying adults.
Schedules
Arrival: from 3pm
Departure: before 11am
Depending on the booking schedule, we can be flexible with the times, at no extra charge. Feel free to request this in advance.
Internal regulations
- The bungalows must be left clean: dishes washed, dried and put away.
The accommodations are non-smoking inside. Please respect the premises and dispose of litter properly.

The tranquility of the site must be respected: no loud music, no parties or
noisy gatherings.
- Any damage (furniture, equipment, dishes, etc.) may be charged.
- Areas not open to the public (private areas) are not accessible to customers.
- Air conditioners should be switched off in case of prolonged absence.
Electric vehicles
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle using the outlets in the bungalows. Charging stations are available nearby (Déva and Sheraton).
Personal effects
"Au Bololo – Lodge" accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Each bungalow is equipped with a key to secure the rooms.
Protection of personal data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable in New Caledonia since June 1, 2019, personal data collected in connection with reservations is used solely for administrative and commercial management purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify, object to, delete, and transfer your data. To exercise these rights, you can contact us by email or mail. No data is transmitted to third parties without your consent, except where legally required.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
"Au Bololo – Lodge" reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The new conditions will be applicable as soon as they are published or communicated to customers, and will not apply retroactively to reservations already confirmed.
